Q: Does Little Heart provide rebates?

 

A: Yes, I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and can provide rebates to clients with a mental health plan

 

Q: Does Little Heart Counselling accept NDIS self-managed, plan managed and agency managed clients?
 

A: Yes, I am NDIS registered and welcome plan, self and agency managed NDIS participants. 
 

Q: What are the prices?

 

A: Please contact me for prices.  If you have a Low Income Health Care Card or you are a full time tertiary student, you are entitled to a discounted rate (please note prices are subject to change).

 

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
 

A: To ensure that Little Heart remains financially viable and can continue to provide critical mental health support to the children of the Greater Bendigo region, I have established the following cancellation policy:

 

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling:

I understand that circumstances may arise, necessitating a change in your scheduled session. I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another child seeking support.

 

2. Cancellation Fees:

Sessions not attended or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the full session rate.

 

3. Punctuality:

To maximize the benefits of your session, I encourage arriving a few minutes early. Unfortunately, sessions cannot overrun their allotted time due to subsequent bookings.

 

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, allowing me to support as many children as possible.

Please note that Little Heart Counselling is not able to provide court reports.
